The first project in this new and exciting CanWest Global Television series The Ultimate Outdoor Retreat, will track the construction of a 5,000 square-foot, timber-frame lodge incorporating the finest elements of environmentally-friendly design and luxurious comfort. Dave's journey starts with finding the right property determining the right construction style and finally finding the right builder, decorator and landscaper. The ultimate in outdoor retreats, this sporting paradise will feature seven fireplaces, – not to mention a separate bedroom and shower for Dave's dog, Miss Jersey!
